As we continue to grow nationally, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance

Manager to lead our finance function, strengthen financial governance, and partner with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director or Senior Management, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the finance team and be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting,

forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance across Blue Sun Group and its associated entities as required.

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the financial direction of the business - delivering accurate and insightful reporting, leading and developing the finance team, strengthening internal controls,

and contributing to the achievement of the Group’s strategic and operational objectives. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is looking to make a tangible impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for

management and stakeholders.




- Oversee the annual budgeting process and manage regular forecasting to support business

planning and performance monitoring.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the financial stability of the business.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and commercial guidance that

support strategic decision-making.
- Shape and refine budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans, working alongside

other members of the leadership team.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous

improvement and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory and

regulatory reporting obligations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring reporting deadlines and quality

standards are consistently met.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial policies and processes to safeguard company assets and

mitigate risk.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and other financial

stakeholders.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions, current initiatives

and business growth.
- Advise on investment approaches,



avenues for raising funds, and how profits are allocated

across the business.
- Appraise capital funding proposals and review the financial health of projects already

underway.
- Evaluate revenue, expenditure, profitability and operational performance, recommending

practical improvements.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems enhancements, reporting

automation and process efficiencies.
- Contribute to the development of business cases for capital expenditure and strategic projects.
- Build effective working relationships across the business to promote financial awareness and

accountability.

Requirements – Skills & Competencies:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance role, including experience in a management or

leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems and ERP platforms.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage

across all levels of the business.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
