We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial planning, business performance, and driving sound financial decision-making to support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate has strong financial management expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide valuable insights that contribute to business success.

? Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to ensure financial stability.

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and coordinate external audits.

• Identify financial risks and implement effective internal controls and risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems, and business performance analysis.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in finance,



accounting, financial planning, or a finance leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Solid understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and internal control frameworks.

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.

• Experience in audit, corporate finance, or business partnering is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
