An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Finance Manager or Senior Accountant to join one of Queensland's fastest-growing companies. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in strengthening the finance function while supporting the business through its next phase of growth. This newly created position offers the chance to improve reporting, implement new processes, and influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead month-end reporting and management accounts.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial models.
- Deliver commercial analysis and performance insights.
- Maintain financial controls, compliance and governance.
- Manage external audits and key stakeholder relationships.
- Drive improvements across finance systems, reporting and processes.

About You You'll be CA or CPA qualified with experience as a Senior Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Manager. You'll also bring:





- Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience.
- Budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
