Our client is a household FMCG / retail company that has gone through exponential growth in recent years'. As they continue to grow and expand, there is now an opportunity for a highly talented commercial finance candidate to join the business.

In this key leadership role reporting through to the CFO, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting and commercial insights to drive commercial decision-making. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Lead the team with oversight of the month-end close and management reporting processes
- Partnering with business partners, providing insightful analysis of performance and cost management
- Leadership of a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting
- Financial input and evaluation of business proposals including new products, pricing, marketing and trade support
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly





The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within a FMCG / retail environment (10+ years), having business partnered the commercial side (Sales & Marketing) of the organisation. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the operational side of the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive, commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
