We're partnering with a well-established retail business to appoint a commercially focused interim Senior Accountant on an initial 4–6 week contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll support the finance function across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee month-end financial reporting processes

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

- Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting

- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management

- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and finance workflows

- Support ad hoc analysis, modelling and finance projects

About You

- Experience as a Senior Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Manager within a commercial environment

- CA, CPA,



or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience)

- A strong blend of technical finance and commercial acumen

- Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- The ability to step into a role quickly and deliver

- Ideally, exposure to retail or consumer-driven environments
