Role Description The Financial Accountant at Mavat Talent Lab | Consultoría de Recursos Humanos will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial records and reports. This part-time, remote role includes preparing periodic financial statements, supporting the month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

The role involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, as well as reconciling accounts and supporting internal and external audits.

Accountant will collaborate with other team members and clients to provide clear financial insights, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements and perform accurate Financial Reporting.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data,



identify variances, and support decision-making in Finance-related activities.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and related digital tools commonly used in professional accounting environments.
- Solid foundation in Finance and accounting principles, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in a consulting or skilled services environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a part-time remote setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
