with your reporting and analysis shaping how she sees and understands the business - Joining at a exciting point in the business's journey, with new markets opening up and real investment going into the team around you - A gorgeous office on the Sunshine Coast and a warm, easygoing team to be apart of Whatyou'llown - Full ownership of the business's financial accounting, from day to day bookkeeping through to trial balance and month end - Budgeting and forecasting, building out the numbers that help guide decisions across the business - Management reporting to the CEO, where you'll get to shape the format and detail around how she likes to see the numbers - Contributing scenario modelling and financial insight that helps guide decisions as the CEO thinks through what's next for the business - Spotting the discrepancies and opportunities in the numbers that help the business run a little leaner and smarter each month - Liaising with external partners who support the business on tax and compliance, so you're always working from a clear, complete financial picture Aboutyou - Experience in ecommerce or fashion is valued, and having touched both is a real bonus - A strong background in financial accounting, including real experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting - Comfortable adapting your reporting style to suit how a founder led business likes to see its numbers, rather than working from a fixed template - Warm, adaptable and comfortable working in a business that runs on energy and instinct as much as process - You communicate clearly and confidently, and you're comfortable raising things directly with leadership when the numbers need a conversation This search is managed exclusively by Revere Recruitment on behalf of Billy J.
