? About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Entry-Level) to join our growing finance team.

In this role, you'll support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis while working in a flexible hybrid environment. You'll collaborate with finance and business teams to deliver valuable financial insights that support strategic decision-making. ? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ?
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting processes
- Assist in developing financial models and business case analyses
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and business initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to process improvements and financial reporting automation initiatives

? Qualifications

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau , or financial reporting tools is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics , or similar platforms is a plus
- Internship experience, university projects, or progress toward professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA is advantageous
