Role Description This part-time Financial Analyst role at ISON BPO is based in Sydney, NSW and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. The person in this role will assist with reviewing and interpreting financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and preparing basic financial reports and summaries.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, and helping identify trends or variances that impact business performance.

The Financial

Analyst will collaborate with finance and operations teams to provide data-driven insights and ensure the accuracy of financial information. Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Finance and Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting,



and basic financial analysis.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to assist with the preparation and review of reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software tools, with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a proactive approach to learning in an entry-level setting.
- A relevant qualification or coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred; internships or academic projects in finance are an advantage.
