An opportunity is available at one of Perth's finest retail seafood markets, for an experienced fish filleter; or a butcher who is looking for a change.

We are looking for people who are passionate about working with only the best seafood, paired with exceptional customer service in the retail industry.

For butchers seeking a career change, training will be provided.

The Filleting-Role predominately entails, but is not limited to:

- Fish filleting and Processing of fish and seafood (scaling, gutting etc…).
- Maintaining a high standard of food health and Safety, and clean work area
- Working as part of a team to achieve the required duties of the day.
- Providing professional and friendly customer service when required
- Working collaboratively with current managers to achieve goals around sales, customer service, efficiency, quality control etc.

CRITERIA:

- Minimum 2 years proven experience and knife skills in filleting/seafood processing, or within the butchering industry
- Strong moral compass and good work ethic.
- Able to adapt and accommodate to work within a team effectively and harmoniously.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit - able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20kg, and work in cold environments
- Must have working rights in Australia (we CANNOT offer Sponsorship)
