Fox Fuels are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Fitter General to join their team in Redesdale VIC. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and blueprints to determine suitable equipment and actions required.
- Fitting, assembling, and examining metal parts and subassemblies to produce machines and equipment accurately, also diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Placing controls on machining tools and pumping machines and equipment.
- Forming metal stock and castings to fine tolerances using machining tools and installing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines.
- Tests and adjusts machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Skills and Abilities:
- Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in this role or similar
- Ability to work in a team workplace
