We are now looking for an experienced and adaptable Flex-Site Campus Director to provide hands-on leadership across our Sydney campuses.

About The Role As a Flex-Site Campus Director, you will step into campuses during key periods of operational need. This may include supporting leadership vacancies, leave coverage, periods of transition, compliance uplift, team stabilisation, or preparation for Assessment and Rating. You will act as Campus Director and, where required, Nominated Supervisor, providing confident day-to-day leadership while partnering closely with Operational Leaders, Quality, Education and People teams.

Your focus will be to quickly understand each campus environment, build trust with teams and families, and drive practical improvements that create sustainable outcomes. This is a permanent full-time role supporting different campuses across Sydney. Placements may vary from short-term support through to longer engagements, depending on campus needs.

It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Campus Director who enjoys variety, thrives in complex environments, and wants to make a broader impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Lead assigned campuses as Acting Campus Director and, where required, Nominated Supervisor





Quickly assess campus priorities across operations, compliance, people, families and education

Support operational stability during leadership vacancies, leave coverage and periods of change

Coach, mentor and uplift campus leadership teams and educators

Strengthen team culture, accountability and communication

Maintain strong family engagement and confidence during periods of transition

Partner with Operations, Quality, Education and People teams to achieve consistent outcomes

Support compliance readiness, including Assessment and Rating preparation where required

Help transition campuses back to permanent leadership with clarity, structure and continuity About You You are an experienced early childhood leader who can build trust quickly, bring calm to complexity, and create momentum in new environments. You are confident balancing people leadership with operational priorities, and you know how to support teams while maintaining high expectations.

You Will Bring An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma qualification

Strong experience in early childhood leadership, ideally as a Campus Director, Centre Director or equivalent

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and compliance requirements

Experience leading through change, transition or operational improvement

Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills A calm,
