Della International College has been delivering quality education for over two decades. Della International is seeking an experienced and motivated Wall & Floor Tiling Trainer & Assessor to join our vocational education team at our Sunshine training facility.

This is a full-time position offering an attractive hourly rate of $60–$70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Role

As our Wall & Floor Tiling Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality practical and theoretical training and conducting competency-based assessment for students undertaking:

CPC31320 – Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering engaging classroom and practical workshop training
- Demonstrating wall and floor tiling techniques and industry best practice
- Conducting competency-based assessments
- Providing clear guidance, feedback and support to students
- Maintaining accurate training and assessment records
- Ensuring assessment evidence meets RTO and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring student progress and identifying students requiring additional support
- Participating in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities
- Maintaining a safe, professional and supportive training environment

About You We are looking for someone who combines strong wall and floor tiling industry experience with a genuine interest in developing the next generation of tradespeople.

Ideally, you will have:

- CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, or an accepted equivalent




- A current Trainer and Assessor qualification that meets applicable RTO requirements
- Current and relevant wall and floor tiling industry skills and knowledge
- Practical experience working in the wall and floor tiling industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Current industry currency relevant to the training being delivered

Previous experience delivering training within an RTO is highly regarded.
