About the Role
Entry-level position with full training provided. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Duties
- Assisting with sanding and polishing timber floors
- Operating sanding equipment
- Preparing and protecting job sites
- Moving equipment and materials
- Cleaning and maintaining tools
- Working with an experienced tradesperson
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit for manual work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Honest, respectful, and takes pride in work
- Driver’s licence
- White Card an advantage
What we offer:
- $30–$35/hr + super (based on experience)
- Full training provided
- Pathway to a qualified tradesperson
- 40 hours per week
