Salary between $75,000-85,000 per annum About Lucas Collective: Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Kisumé, Maison Batard, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Tombo Den, Society and Grill Americano. About the Opportunity: We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in a premium la-carte restaurant

Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge

Sommelier applicants must have robust wine knowledge

Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts

Passion for delivering outstanding service

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Show exemplary communication and time management skills

Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations





Exceptional presentation Must be willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts
