ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for an ongoing opportunity with a leading food manufacturing and distribution facility based in Campbelltown, NSW. We are looking for operators with experience in both Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift operation who are happy to support warehouse operations both on and off the forklift.

This is an ongoing role offering full-time hours, a supportive team environment, and long-term employment opportunities.

? Role: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance & High Reach)

? Employment Type: Casual (Ongoing)

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

? Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour casual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operating Counterbalance and High Reach Forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Stock replenishment and inventory movements
- Receiving and dispatch duties
- Pick packing and order preparation
- Working within food manufacturing and distribution operations
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
- Following GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures




- Maintaining secure work practices at all times

ABOUT YOU

You are a reliable and safety-focused forklift operator who enjoys working within a fast-paced warehouse environment. To be successful, you must have:

✅ Current LF Forklift Licence

✅ Experience operating both Counterbalance and High Reach Forklifts

✅ Reliable transport and ability to get to Campbelltown daily

✅ Strong warehouse and logistics experience

✅ Valuable attention to detail

✅ Strong work ethic and reliability

✅ Ability to perform manual warehouse duties when required

Highly regarded:

- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience
- HACCP knowledge or experience
- Previous food manufacturing, distribution, or cold storage experience
