The company focuses on enabling the first generation of super-intelligent healthcare clinics, combining technology, operational excellence, and clinical impact.

Care GP has grown its product Net Promoter Score from 11 to 57 and reached profitability without venture funding, remaining owned by its team and customers. The organization is building an ambitious founding team driven to reinvent healthcare at scale. Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, or business strategy.

Operational and project management skills, including ability to plan, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Comfort with technology and AI-driven products, including the ability to learn recent tools quickly and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, ideally with experience working with customers, partners, or internal leadership.

Self-directed, adaptable, and resourceful, with a bias toward action and ownership in an early-stage startup environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in startups, consulting, healthcare, or SaaS B2B environments is highly beneficial but not strictly required.
