ROLE OVERVIEW AIRWAY is seeking a Freight Coordinator to join our Townsville Airport warehouse team. You'll join a small, close-knit team of 5 so this role is hands‑on and offers an environment where your impact is visible and collaboration is genuine. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Shift times will vary week to week as they are subject to airline schedules and operational requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 12+ months warehouse/forklift experience (preferred) - Reliable and punctual - Physically fit for lifting heavy loads - Safety-focused - Able to work to changing schedules LICENCES - LF Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
