We are looking for a motivated Fresher Data Analyst to join our collaborative team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional data setting.

The Role

As a Fresher Data Analyst , you will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of business data to help improve decision-making across the organization. Working alongside experienced analysts, you will develop your technical skills while contributing to real business projects in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using analytical tools
- Assist with data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support business teams with routine data analysis and reporting requests
- Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics projects
- Learn and apply best practices in data analysis and reporting




- Maintain confidential business information with accuracy and professionalism
- Continuously develop technical and analytical skills through training and mentorship

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Internship experience, academic projects, or personal data analysis projects are an advantage but not required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is preferred
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis languages is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Passion for learning and building a career in data analytics
