Do you enjoy working with people and have a passion for great customer service? We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our busy bakery retail team.

About the Role

As the face of our bakery, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (training provided if required).
- Refill and display bakery products to maintain an attractive presentation.
- Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery and retail team.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For





- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or café experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends, with early morning shifts as required.

Pay: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour
