We're now looking for an energetic and hands-on Fulfilment, Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to play a key role in that growth.

This is a newly created position that offers the opportunity to help shape how our warehouse, inventory and fulfilment operations evolve over the coming years.

About the Role

Reporting to the Co-Founder & Head of Operations, you'll lead the day-to-day warehouse, inventory, fulfilment and distribution operations across the business.

This is a genuine working supervisor role where you'll spend much of your day actively involved in warehouse operations alongside your team, while also supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating fulfilment and helping drive continuous operational improvement.

You'll work closely with our Head Chef, Customer Service Team and Store Managers to ensure products are available at the right place,



at the right time, delivering the high-quality customer experience BLAKEAWAY has become known for.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading the day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations.

- Maintaining inventory accuracy across finished products, packaging and retail inventory.

- Coordinating inventory replenishment in accordance with approved inventory plans and PAR levels.

- Picking, packing, batching, labelling and dispatching customer and retail replenishment orders.

- Receiving finished products into inventory and accurately recording inventory transactions.

- Coordinating daily logistics and retail store replenishment.

- Supervising warehouse and fulfilment team members.

- Monitoring operational performance and inventory accuracy.

- Driving continuous improvement across warehouse, fulfilment and logistics operations.

- Supporting the implementation of improved systems, technology and operational processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building great operations and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You'll ideally have

- Experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfilment or logistics operations.

- Experience supervising operational teams.





- Strong inventory management and stock control skills.

- Experience working within food manufacturing, ready-made meals, FMCG or another temperature-controlled environment (highly regarded).

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

- A customer-first mindset, recognising that every order contributes to the overall customer experience.

- Confidence using inventory or warehouse management systems.

- A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to identify better ways of doing things.
