About the Role
We're expanding our Australian dev team and looking for a sharp, practical Full-Stack Developer to work directly alongside me (Head of Engineering). You'll help design, build, and maintain the web applications, APIs, and data services powering TrueMatch™ and our core platform.
Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, Git
- AI Tooling: Daily integration of AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM APIs/AI SDKs) to accelerate development and testing
What We're Looking For:
- Strong full-stack TypeScript experience building responsive UIs and robust REST APIs.
- Solid relational database fundamentals (Postgres/Supabase schema design & query optimization).
- Commitment to writing clean, well-tested code (TDD mindset).
- Experience or strong interest in data-driven platforms, analytics, or scoring systems.
- Comfort collaborating in office once a week to white-board, review architecture, and plan sprints.
Work Setup:
Hybrid — 4 days WFH, 1 day a week in a Melbourne coworking space. You get the backing and scale of an established US product company with the agility of a direct, tight-knit local engineering team.
