We're a small, advanced skin and brow clinic in Botany, built on a simple belief: women deserve to feel at home in their own skin. Our clients are mostly women moving through their 40s, 50s and beyond — pigmentation, redness, laxity — and often, quietly, a dip in confidence that comes with it. We don't rush them. We take a slow, considered, consultation-led approach, build real treatment plans, and walk the journey with them. The results change more than skin.

The role

Full time, working closely alongside the owner in a close, values-driven team. Your days are genuinely varied — advanced facials, IPL, laser hair removal, Laser Genesis, skin needling, brows and lash lifts — because our clients trust us with all of it.

You'll be fully onboarded, with ongoing development every step of the way.

Who you are

- An experienced therapist (minimum 2 years) across facials, brows and laser/light-based treatments.
- Confidence and skill in brows, lash lifts,



advanced facials, IPL, laser hair removal, Laser Genesis and skin needling
- A genuine love of consults and treatment planning — you listen first, then recommend
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients
- A warm, caring, understanding approach — you see your job as solving problems for your clients
