The Opportunities To support the grand opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility at Payneham Memorial Swimming Centre, we are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to build our foundation team:

- Café Supervisor (Full-Time): A hands-on operational leader to work alongside site management, mentor staff, manage inventory and food safety, and drive service excellence. Requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and select public holidays.
- Café & Front of House Attendants (Casual): High-energy, welcoming team members responsible for crafting quality coffee, preparing food, assisting with kids' birthday parties, and delivering outstanding service across our registers and floor areas.

A Typical Day Might Include:

- Crafting & Serving: Preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and food options with a smile.




- Creating Community: Delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, families, and local members.
- Event Hospitality: Assisting with kids' birthday parties, local events, and community activations.
- Operational Excellence: Restocking display units, managing cash reconciliation, and keeping kitchen and seating areas spotless.
- Leadership & Strategy (Supervisor Role): Managing staff rosters, ordering stock, maintaining food safety compliance, and coaching team members.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience & Passion: Background in hospitality, barista work, or customer-facing roles (leadership experience required for the Supervisor position).
- Great Energy & Attitude: A proactive, can-do mindset with a reliable work ethic and strong adaptability.
- Inclusivity: A warm, open approach when engaging with our diverse community members.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts across mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
- Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain):
- Food Safety / Food Handling Certification
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
