HOW DO WE RECOGNISE YOU?
· $33.85 hourly rate + Super (weekly pay on Wednesdays)
· Earn up to 13.5% of your base salary as an annual KPI bonus (paid monthly)
· Paid initial training with a mix of classroom learning and live call experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
· Taking and actioning inbound calls, customer bookings, tracking and tracing enquiries
· Navigating multiple applications to resolve enquiries efficiently
· Providing excellent customer service to all callers
· Offering additional services to support the customer and enhance their experience
· We have multiple full-time permanent opportunities, our call centre operates from 6:00am to 8:00pm, from Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday
