We are seeking an experienced Venue Coordinator for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney! We pride ourselves of being at the forefront of premium catering, functions and events. The Position

Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders,



floor-plans and invoicing Work co-cooperatively with the rest of the operations and kitchen teams in regard to handing over functions to ensure seamless delivery Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback Working directly with preferred suppliers where required Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team and drive for success The Person:
