As a Game Master and; Experience Host, you'll be the face of every adventure—welcoming guests, running games, stepping into character, serving drinks from our licensed bar, and creating unforgettable experiences from start to finish.

About The Role

 Welcome and host groups from arrival to departure.

 Deliver engaging game briefings.

 Step into character to provide clues during games.

 Monitor games and help guests have an amazing experience.

 Serve drinks from our licensed bar (RSA required).

 Reset escape rooms between sessions.

 Help keep our venue clean, organised and looking its best.

 Work as part of a fun, supportive team.

We're looking for someone who:

 Loves working with people.

 Is confident speaking to groups.

 Has a bubbly, enthusiastic personality.

 Enjoys performing, improvising or being creative.

 Is reliable, adaptable and enjoys working in a team.

 Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

 Doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to help with cleaning and general venue upkeep.

Experience in hospitality, customer service, acting, events or entertainment is a bonus—but personality and attitude are what matter most.





Essential requirements

 Current NSW RSA Competency Card.

 Available to work 15–25 casual hours per week.

 Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

 Reliable transport and Australian working rights.

This role probably isn't for you if:

 You prefer working behind the scenes.

 You're uncomfortable speaking to groups or performing in character.

 You dislike cleaning or helping maintain a high-standard venue.
