**About You

You have hands-on experience in garden or landscape maintenance and take genuine pride in your work. You’re reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.

A Certificate II/III in Horticulture is a plus but not essential — what matters most is your work ethic and attention to detail.

Manual Valid driver’s licence and a White Card is highly regarded. Experience with mowing, pruning, hedging, edging, and general garden upkeep is expected. You enjoy being outdoors, take initiative, and like leaving a job looking better than you found it.

About the Role

Garden Managers is a well-established residential and strata garden maintenance business operating across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. We’re looking for a gardener to join our small for few days a week, close-knit team maintaining a portfolio of quality residential and strata properties.

You’ll work directly alongside the owner and team,



servicing scheduled rounds, communicating professionally with clients, and helping keep our gardens looking their best year-round.

Responsibilities

- Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, and general garden maintenance
- Weeding, mulching, and seasonal tidy-ups
- Basic irrigation checks and reporting issues
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation on every site
- Representing Garden Managers professionally with clients
