General Labour (Regrind)

Acu-Tech Piping Systems, a nationally recognised leader in the manufacture and supply of polyethylene pipe, fittings, and services, is looking for a General Labourer to join our team in Redbank, QLD.

You’ll be a key part of our recycling and regrind operations, helping us repurpose materials safely and efficiently. Tasks include:

- Cutting, washing, and stacking pipe according to yard standards
- Inspecting regrinds pipe and swarf for contaminants
- Reporting any contamination concerns to the Regrind Supervisor and/or Operations Manager
- Loading recyclable materials into shredders and granulators
- Handling, storing, and disposing of materials properly and carefully
- Transferring finished product to designated storage areas
- Managing degraded bulk bags and maintaining clean workspaces
- Conducting regular maintenance on bending machinery (including general servicing and part changes)
- Recording maintenance activities and escalating repair needs
- Assisting with warehouse stock checks and other general tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:





- Valid chainsaw ticket (essential)
- Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (HRWL FL) (required)
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Experience in the recycling industry or similar is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Proactive and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
