We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the strategic success of Glenroy Terrace Care Community.

Glenroy Terrace Care Community (formerly BlueCross Monterey) is a vibrant and welcoming place, designed to reflect the rich cultural diversity of the local neighbourhood. Located in the heart of Glenroy, our multi-level Care Community offers comfort, connection, and a strong sense of belonging.

What You'll Do Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a high-performing, values-led culture

Champion Opal’s C.A.R.E values in every decision and action What You'll Bring Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (e.g. aged care, health, community services or similar sectors) Strong ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture

Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care

Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands-on leadership style

Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management
