This role requires a highly collaborative, values-driven leader who is comfortable operating within an entrepreneurial and “big vision” charity in a fast-evolving, evidence-based and sometimes sensitive sector. The GM must balance innovation with discipline, and compassion with accountability. This role is structured as a high-impact, 3-day-a-week commitment (0.6 FTE) designed for a seasoned executive who prioritises outcome over presence. While we have modelled this as a three-day schedule, we are flexible for the right candidate’s ideal workflow. You will be responsible for establishing the operational rhythm and empowering the Leadership Team to execute autonomously on your non-core days.
