Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Sales to drive significant domestic growth while leading the exploration of international expansion opportunities. This role will also assume day‑to‑day operational responsibilities, enabling the founders to focus on global markets and strategic initiatives.





The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a technical solutions‑sales background in robotics or automation and the commercial acumen required to transition into a full General Manager remit.

This individual will play a pivotal role in opening current channels for growth—particularly in North America—while ensuring operational excellence. Ideally, the candidate will have prior experience guiding a business through rapid expansion and transformation to deliver strong commercial outcomes. The General Manager will oversee Technical, Business Development, Service, HR, Finance, and Administration functions.
