My client is large international service company who specialise in E & P projects in Australia. They are searching a Geomechanics engineer to be based in Australia for a 3-6 month contract.

The Geomechanics Engineer is required to have:

15+ years experience in Geomechanics

Geomechanical modelling: in-situ stress, geopressure & 3D earth models

Wellbore stability: real-time monitoring, pre-drill & post-analysis

Formation evaluation: log interpretation, rock testing & characterisation

Production support: sand production, casing integrity & hydraulic fracturing

Reservoir geomechanics: fault reactivation, cap rock integrity & EOR

Exposure to shale gas, tight gas & heavy oil projects

CCS or Injection Project Experience
