Moreton ATSICHS operates a network of healthcare services for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. We bring together primary care, allied health, dental, mental health and wellbeing, maternity and early childhood, disability services, specialist services, and aged care as one team focused on clients’ individual needs and goals.

About the role A GP role at Moreton ATSICHS is different to most, with a unique, holistic and integrated way of working and sought-after benefits including the benefit and security of a permanent, salaried position. We have opportunities available across our five clinic locations, including Caboolture, Deception Bay, Margate, Morayfield, and Strathpine.

Your role will be integral in providing holistic, patient-centred care. Working alongside many highly skilled clinicians and motivated administrative team members, you’ll be part of a committed, collaborative multidisciplinary team.

What we offer

We offer rewarding work, and a variety of flexible full-time and part-time roles supporting outstanding work-life balance. Our full-time salary packages range from $279,438 to $291,080, with additional financial and lifestyle benefits you don’t find in many GP practices.

In Addition, Our GP salary package includes:

- 4 weeks of annual leave per year (including 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days personal leave per year
- 12% superannuation

Our GPs also have access to additional benefits:

- Not for profit salary packaging (up to $15,899) to increase your take-home pay
- Fully reimbursed medical indemnity insurance

Our clinics are located between the relaxed Sunshine Coast and metropolitan Brisbane – a comfortable commute in an increasingly popular lifestyle location. Our Strathpine, Morayfield and Caboolture clinics are located on the train-line, offering convenient commuter options to take advantage of our 50c public transport fares.

The region offers a wealth of amenities including excellent schools, public transport, local beaches and waterways, convenient acreage, easy access to the motorway and Gold and Sunshine Coasts and hinterland. About you

If you’re looking for a different kind of General Practice, to join our team you’ll need:

- Current APHRA registration as a medical practitioner
- Current medical indemnity insurance
- FRACGP, FACCRM fellowship or VR registration as a GP
- A genuine interest in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, expanding your skills, knowledge and capability to work in our sector.
