- Salary Range: $94,478.80 - $106,906.80 pro rata, plus superannuation

About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Dietitian to join our team. Working in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment, this role focuses on providing effective and efficient evidence-based Nutrition services to patients.

The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to; accurately assessing and implementing appropriate clinical management for patients, prioritising and managing a caseload effectively, supervision of Grade 1 Dietitians, and student Dietitians, participation in policy review and maintaining data and records. The workload includes Inpatient services, and Community and Outpatient services on a rotational basis. Experience with paediatrics will be highly favourable.

What you bring

- University Qualification that meets the Accreditation guidelines of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Grade 2 role preferred, or a broad range of experience as a Grade 1 or minimum 4 years' experience in Dietetics.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Experience in Clinical Nutrition preferred.
- Experience in paediatric clinical nutrition desirable.
- Demonstrated broad range clinical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to work in partnership with other team members and stake-holders.
- Sound organisational and planning skills.
- Experience in student Dietitian supervision.
