Team Lead Electrician Location: Melbourne, VIC

Work Area: Melbourne Metro, Regional Victoria, and occasional interstate works as required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grade A Electrician to join our team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to an electrician who can autonomously complete works in the field, lead by example, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- This role will involve:





Carrying out electrical maintenance, service, and project works
- Fault finding, repairs, and commissioning activities
- Planning works and coordinating materials, equipment, and site requirements

Ensuring Compliance With WHS Requirements, SWMS, And Company Procedures

- Liaising with clients, site contacts, and internal management teams
- Completing accurate service reports, test sheets, and close-out documentation
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality workmanship across all jobs
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff
