About the Role Operate graders to safely meet production targets across our Underground operation at a project in the Goldfield's region.



You'll work within a skilled and experienced team.

Responsibilities

- Safe, effective operation of the CAT 12M graders OR equivalent
- Maintain and build haul roads and access roads in active mining areas
- Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
- Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
- Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
- Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated experience operating underground graders in mining (Essential)
- Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
- A team mindset and reliable work ethic
- Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
- Valid manual (C class) Australian drivers licence
