Role Description This full-time remote role is suitable for a Graduate Data Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, or Data Analyst interested in supporting data-informed decisions in e-commerce. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources such as sales platforms, marketing channels, and customer behavior tools. The role involves conducting analyses to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics, and preparing reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders.

The analyst will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve conversion rates, inventory management, and customer targeting. The position also includes documenting methodologies, validating data quality, and continuously refining analytical processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics to perform basic statistical tests,



summarize results, and ensure data-driven conclusions.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, create concise reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data, build simple models, and support forecasting and performance evaluation.

Relevant qualifications include familiarity with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau), and basic knowledge of SQL or a similar query language.

A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is beneficial, as is prior exposure to e-commerce or retail analytics.

Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are key for success in this role.
