Role Description This full-time remote role as a Graduate Data Analyst / Junior Data Analyst / Data Analyst at Friday ice-cream Gomaa For Manufacturing Ice Cream & Frozen involves supporting data-driven decision-making across operations, sales, and marketing. The role includes collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various internal systems, databases, and reports.

The analyst will perform exploratory data analysis, build dashboards, and generate regular performance reports for stakeholders. Daily tasks also include identifying trends, preparing visualizations, and summarizing insights in explicit, actionable formats. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business questions, validate data, and recommend improvements based on findings.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, including data collection, cleaning, exploration,



and reporting.
- Foundational knowledge of Statistics for hypothesis testing, basic forecasting, and interpreting results.
- Experience or interest in Data Modeling to structure data for analysis and reporting.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for explaining insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, commitment to data quality, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
