Description
Are you in your final year of an Information Technology-related degree and looking to kick-start your career in IT? We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Graduate IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Brisbane team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while completing your studies, working two days per week for the remainder of the year before transitioning into a permanent full-time role from January 2027.
This position may be based in either our Brisbane or Sydney office, with support provided to employees across our national business.

About the Role
As a member of our IT Service Desk team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our employees, providing technical support and ensuring a positive user experience across a range of technologies and business systems.
Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you’ll receive mentoring and practical exposure to core IT support functions, building a strong foundation for a successful career in technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
- Assist users with hardware, software, application and access-related issues.
- Log, track and resolve support requests in accordance with service standards.
- Set up and configure laptops, mobile devices and user accounts.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requests, solutions and processes.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team.
About You We’re looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn and enjoys solving problems.
To be successful, you will have:
- Current enrolment in the final year of an Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree.
- Availability to work two days per week in our Brisbane office for the remainder of 2026.
- The ability to commence in a full-time permanent position from January 2027.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in technology and providing great customer service.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Highly Regarded
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, call centre or similar environments.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows devices or basic networking concepts.
- Experience through university projects, internships or personal technology interests.
