? About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Graduate Software Engineer (Hybrid, Entry-Level) to join our growing technology team.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle while contributing to real-world technology projects in a collaborative hybrid environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers ?
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
- Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and QA engineers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support software testing, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance
- Learn and apply modern software development tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Assist with continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices

? Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, or Kotlin
- Familiarity with Git, SQL, REST APIs, HTML, CSS , and software development practices is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum , and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker , or CI/CD tools is a plus
- Internship experience, university projects, coding portfolios, or GitHub projects are highly regarded
