? About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Graduate Software Engineer (Hybrid, Entry-Level) to join our growing technology team.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced software engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle while contributing to innovative projects in a collaborative hybrid work environment. ? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers ?
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software development best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support software testing, deployment, and system maintenance activities
- Learn and apply modern software development tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

? Qualifications

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, C++, or Kotlin
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, Git , and software development best practices is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Agile , Scrum , and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud ), Docker, or CI/CD tools is a plus
- Internship experience, university projects, GitHub portfolio, or relevant certifications are considered an advantage
