? About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Graduate Software Engineer (Hybrid, Entry-Level) to join our growing technology team.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You'll gain practical experience across the software development lifecycle while contributing to real-world technology projects in a team-oriented hybrid environment.

? Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers ?

Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices

Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and QA engineers

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Support software testing, deployment, and system maintenance activities

Learn and apply modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle

? Qualifications

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, or Kotlin

Familiarity with Git, SQL, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS is an advantage

Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, or CI/CD tools is a plus

Internship experience, university projects, coding portfolios, or GitHub projects are highly regarded
