Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time (4 days per week), contract role until mid December. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually stunning designs that effectively communicate a message.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all work meets, improves or exceeds company standards as specified in the Rollease Acmeda core values, and in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines.

- Support the design and production of digital assets for websites, landing pages, EDMs and campaign experiences.

- Create clear and user-friendly layouts that consider hierarchy, readability, accessibility and responsive behaviour across desktop and mobile.

- Develop wireframes or layout concepts for digital communications where required.

- Work within existing website, EDM and digital design systems to ensure consistency across brand touchpoints.

- Prepare web-ready design assets, ensuring correct file formats, naming conventions, image optimisation and handover requirements.

- Collaborate with marketing, digital and creative stakeholders to ensure digital assets meet both user needs and campaign objectives.

- Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to support production efficiency,



while ensuring all outputs are checked for accuracy, brand compliance and quality.

- Create/update company templates/documents developed in Microsoft Office & Adobe design programs in accordance with corporate style guidelines. Ensure we add an element of smarts to our templating process for easy and efficient production.

- Ensure we are utilising adobe tools and programs to maximum efficiency.

- Assist with document control and file organisation; including photography, branding assets and all support documentation.

- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders especially the Marketing, Sales & Product Management team

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.

- 5 - 7 years' experience working as a graphic designer in an agency, in-house, corporate or studio environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly XD, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, image editing, digital design, print production and brand consistency.

- Experience designing digital assets such as EDMs, website graphics, landing page visuals, social media assets and campaign graphics.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, including visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, accessibility, readability and user-focused design.

- Ability to prepare digital assets for web, EDM and social channels using correct formats, sizes,



naming conventions and optimisation standards.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced marketing environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, production-ready artwork.

- Robust organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities through a task management system such as Wrike.

- Strong communication skills and willingness to clarify briefs, ask questions and respond constructively to feedback.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience working with B2B marketing communications.

- Experience working as part of an in-house creative, corporate or studio design team.

- Experience designing or adapting website components, landing pages, EDM templates or digital interface-style layouts.

- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/layout tools.

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.

- Experience with 3D visualisation, Blender, product rendering or image compositing.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill or other approved workflow tools.

- Experience using AI tools to improve production speed, image editing, asset resizing or creative exploration
