The Role

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and presentation of landscaped gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces. Your role will involve general landscaping duties, including mowing, lawn maintenance, pruning, planting, and irrigation management, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standard.

You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues related to plant health, soil conditions, and overall landscape aesthetics. Working within a supportive team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

What You Need.

To excel in this role, you should have a background in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance, with experience in maintaining large-scale commercial or public spaces. A strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and general garden maintenance techniques is essential.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team,



along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, will be key to your success. A relevant qualification in horticulture or landscaping will be highly regarded, though practical experience is equally valued.

They are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join the grounds team—someone who is versatile, adaptable, and brings excellent soft skills to enhance our dynamic working environment.

Drivers Licence is essential, with Chemical Certificate, White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Silica Awareness and Truck Licence desirable.
