Groundsman/ Sports Turf Technician
Part-time, ongoing position - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is 1,100 students.
A part-time position (7.00am-3.00pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) is available for an enthusiastic Groundsman to maintain and further develop the College’s expansive gardens and grounds.
Essential requirements for this role include turfgrass knowledge, proven technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong personal motivation and the ability to prioritise, manage and meet competing deadlines. The successful applicant will hold, or be working towards, a relevant horticulture qualification, be an effective team member,
have a current driver’s licence and be familiar with WHS requirements.
Experience in a comparable setting would be well regarded.
