Are you an energetic, motivating and confident group fitness instructor who knows how to light up a room?

We’re launching 24fit Naracoorte and are looking for passionate instructors to help create an exciting, inclusive and results-driven class experience from day one.

With our Naracoorte club expected to open in mid-August , this is your opportunity to help launch a brand-new gym and shape the member experience from day one.

About the Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will:

- Deliver high-energy, engaging and safe group fitness classes
- Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
- Motivate members to push their limits while maintaining proper technique
- Build strong relationships within the Naracoorte community
- Contribute to growing class attendance and member engagement

Classes and timetable will be finalised closer to opening, with opportunities available across mornings and evenings. This is a casual position , with chance to grow as class demand increases as well as become a part of our gym crew team.

Skills & Experience

- Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent qualification)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Proven experience delivering group fitness classes
- Strong communication and stage presence
- Ability to build energy, connection and community
