Park Brown is partnering exclusively with a leading global cryptocurrency exchange to appoint a Growth Manager, based in Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world's largest digital asset platforms and play a pivotal role in driving customer growth across the Australian market.

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through to retention and re-engagement. Working closely with regional and global marketing teams, you'll leverage data, performance marketing and CRM strategies to deliver measurable commercial impact in one of the industry's fastest-moving sectors.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced growth marketer who understands both the Australian market and the unique dynamics of the cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and optimise growth initiatives across the Australian market, driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to develop and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, DSPs, affiliate channels and other digital acquisition platforms.
- Design and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app communications.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve conversion, retention, customer lifetime value and VIP engagement.
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns using internal marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Support local marketing activations, partnerships, events and VIP engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders across marketing,



product and commercial functions to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer behaviour and provide data-driven recommendations to continually improve results.

About You To be successful, you'll bring a robust understanding of growth marketing within the cryptocurrency or digital asset ecosystem, together with a passion for building customer growth in highly competitive digital environments.

You'll likely possess

- 3+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience within the cryptocurrency, digital assets or Web3 industry.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google Ads, DSPs and affiliate marketing.
- Experience designing and executing CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer behaviour to drive commercial outcomes.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regional and global teams.
- A proactive, highly organised approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential
