Role Includes:

- Welcoming and engaging with members
- Conducting calls and follow-ups
- Assisting with membership signups and consultations
- Daily gym cleans, to keep the gym floor clean and organised (putting away weights, attachments, etc.)
- Following club systems and procedures
- Supporting the team with general admin and front-desk tasks

We’re Looking For:

- Friendly and confident communicators
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Comfortable using basic tech/systems (Chrome, Instagram)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and in-person
- Willing to take initiative and follow processes

Availability

- AM shifts: 8am-12pm
- PM shifts: 4pm-9pm
- Public Holidays (Easter, Christmas ect)

Job Type: Part time Pay: $21.00 per hour
