We are looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Gym Receptionist / Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Gold Fitness 24/7.

About the role

As a Gym Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our members and visitors. You will help create a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the gym.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming members and visitors to the gym
- Assisting members with general enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails and messages
- Assisting with memberships, sign-ups and cancellations
- Giving potential members information about the gym and membership options
- Keeping the reception and front-of-house area clean and organised
- Supporting general gym administration
- Monitoring member access and following gym policies
- Helping maintain a friendly, professional and positive gym environment
- Assisting with basic social media and promotional activities when required

About you We are looking for someone who is:




- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Customer-service focused
- Comfortable working independently
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interested in fitness and the gym environment
- Previous reception, customer service or gym experience is preferred but not essential
